I just got back from a whirlwind tour around the US during which time I presented a number of full day Conversition workshops on social media research. We started the day with a bit of theory related to data quality, sampling, content analysis, and sentiment analysis. Then, we enjoyed a lovely lunch where I focused mainly on the olives and desserts, the essential components of any meal including breakfast. Finally, we finished the day with some hands on practice using real live data in EvoListen from brands like Netflix, Walmart, McDonalds, 5 Guys, and more.
